Our Metal Casting Process From Design to Delivery
Manufacturing Processes
Our process is built on the "Golden Rules of Casting," which emphasize strict control over melting, oxide formation, gas porosity, and temperature gradients. It begins with meticulous material preparation. Whether we are working with grey iron, ductile iron, or specialty alloys, we ensure that the chemical composition is exact. Our foundries utilize induction melting and automated pouring systems to maintain consistency across every batch. During the molding phase, we employ various techniques—including green sand, no-bake, and shell molding—to achieve the specific surface finish and dimensional tolerances required by our customers.
Quality control is integrated into every stage of the manufacturing process rather than being a final "gate." We utilize 100% inspection for pilot runs and rigorous sampling for mass production. Our facilities employ advanced testing methods for internal integrity, and dimensional accuracy.
Sustainability and efficiency are also key pillars of our manufacturing philosophy. We prioritize the reclamation of sand and the recycling of metal scrap to minimize our environmental footprint. By optimizing our workflows and embracing lean manufacturing principles, we are able to reduce waste and pass those cost savings on to our customers.
